Asad Bukhory, founder
Asad Bukhory, a UK-qualified lawyer with a financial background, brings nearly two decades of international experience as an entrepreneurial Board-level executive in the global fund industry. His career includes roles as COO/CCO for a leading Chinese asset manager ($150+ billion AUM) and a senior position at a top US asset manager, equipping him with deep insights into global capital markets and cross-border fund operations across traditional and alternative funds, including digital assets. He previously pioneered tokenisation and securitisation of litigation funding receivables for a start-up alternative fund manager.
As a former Board member holding JFSC and FCA-approved positions, Asad delivers incisive independent challenge and actionable guidance to fund boards. His expertise spans regulatory frameworks, risk management, and operational resilience, with a focus on transforming complex requirements into strategic advantages. He excels at aligning compliance with commercial goals, enabling funds to achieve sustainable growth.

Zaynah holds a degree in Economics, Politics, and International Studies from the University of Warwick and is ACCA-qualified. A regulatory specialist with over 15 years in the banking sector, her career spans assurance and regulatory consulting with Big 4 firms and a leadership role in regulatory reporting at a leading digital bank. Her experience across traditional and innovative financial institutions provides unique insights into the evolving regulatory landscape.
Zaynah blends deep banking sector knowledge with practical regulatory implementation, transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable frameworks. Her expertise spans regulatory reporting, prudential risk management, banking authorization processes, and key frameworks like UK CRR, PRA Rulebook, Basel 3.1, and operational resilience standards. With proven skill in guiding new banks through authorisation and optimizing regulatory strategies for established institutions, Zaynah delivers impactful solutions across major financial hubs.
