Asad Bukhory is a UK-qualified lawyer with a financial background and two decades of international experience as an entrepreneurial, Board-level executive in the global fund industry. His career includes roles as COO/CCO for a leading Chinese asset manager with more than $150 billion in AUM, and a senior position at a top US asset manager — giving him deep insight into global capital markets and cross-border fund operations across traditional, alternative and digital-asset strategies.

As a former Board member holding JFSC and FCA-approved positions, Asad delivers incisive independent challenge and actionable guidance to fund boards. His expertise spans regulatory frameworks, risk management and operational resilience, with a focus on turning complex requirements into strategic advantage — aligning compliance with commercial goals so funds can grow sustainably and earn the confidence of the market.

Zaynah Mosafeer holds a degree in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick and is ACCA-qualified. A regulatory specialist with over 15 years in the banking sector, her career spans assurance and regulatory consulting with Big 4 firms and a leadership role in regulatory reporting at a leading digital bank.

Her experience across both traditional and innovative financial institutions gives her a rare read on the evolving regulatory landscape. Zaynah blends deep banking-sector knowledge with practical implementation — guiding new banks through authorisation and optimising regulatory strategy for established institutions across major financial hubs.
